The Objective of the firm is to maximize the Productivity.
Total Number of Employees = 100.
There are 8 development teams with
8 members 1 as the Team Leader.
Each member should have a login time = 9hrs.
Evon had manual attendance tracking system.
As leaves allowed should be in such a way that
each team has at max. only 3 productive
members absent.
Problem Analysis
Decision variables = E(number of productive mass)
and T (working hours).
Constraints
Total teams = 8.
Total members in a team = 8 (with 1 TL).
Total productive mass = 8*7 = 56.
E <= 56???.(1)
Absenteeism bearable <= 3/ team.
Total number of A >= 3*8 >= 24???.(2).
E + A = 56?????(3).
Login time T >= 9 hrs.
