SUMMARY:

This is caused when there is no default e-mail client set.

SOLUTION:

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options
  2. Click on the Programs tab
  3. Select an e-mail client from the drop down list entitled e-mail
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close Internet Explorer and re-open.
