SOLUTION:
- Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the page you want.
- Click Favorites->Add to Favorites
- Ensure that Make available offline is checked and enter a name for the page.
- Click OK. Wait for the synchronisation to complete.
- The page is now stored in favorites. This can be copied elsewhere such as to a flash drive or CD.
- In XP a user's favorites is located in c:\documents and settings\user name/favorites.
